If you wish to place a service call online you may do so here. Select the location in which you purchased your machine, and remember to include your telephone number, machine manufacturer (i.e. Canon), model number, serial number and detailed information as to what is happening with your machine.
All this information should be located on the front of your machine on a label such as this:
